About

Hannah Doyle was born in Leicestershire and quickly established herself as a precocious literary genius, or at least that’s what she gleaned from her first school report. “Good at reading and writing.” Watch out, world!

Hannah did quite enjoy both of those things, though. She studied English Literature at Durham University and then took a Post-Graduate Diploma in News Journalism at De Montfort University before heading to Bristol for her first job at a press agency, writing features for national magazines and newspapers.

She then moved to London, spending five years on the celebrity desk at Reveal, where she interviewed A-Listers, went to premieres, flew to Berlin on a private jet with a musician and may or may not have organised the annual ‘hot celebrity strips naked’ shoot. She has since written for Bella, Look, Closer, Wedding and new! magazines as a freelancer.

Hannah is now a best-selling author of feel-good fiction about modern love and friendships, and her books have been published internationally. She lives in Sheffield with her husband and twin sons.
